Active Learning Module & Accreditation (Category 1 and Category 2 CPD points) The GP Clinical Education scientific Program will be accredited for both Category 1 and Category 2 CPD points by the RACGP. For the first time, we will be offering two ALM streams in Brisbane 2010. You will only be allowed to claim for the one ALM stream, this will be determind by what you applied for when you registered.Prevention & Risk Management in General Practice ALM To qualify for this ALM (40 Category 1 points) you must: 1. Complete the pre-disposing activity Prevention & Risk Management Pre Disposing Activity 2. Complete the case studies and bring them with you to the conference 3. Attend the conference on the 10th of July 2010 4. Fill out the evaluation form with your QA number and the reflective activity (form available at the conference after your last session) 5. Hand the documents in at the front desk before leavingDemystifying Depression: Managing Depression in General Practice ALM To qualify for this ALM (40 Category 1 points) you must: 1. Complete the pre-disposing activity Demystifying Depression Pre Disposing Activity: Part 1: Pre-reading Article and Part 2: Pre Disposing Material 2. Complete the case studies and bring them with you to the conference 3. Attend the conference on the 10th of July 2010 4. Fill out the evaluation form with your QA number and the reflective activity (form available at the conference after your last session) 5. Hand the documents in at the front desk before leavingThat's it! You will now be allocated 40 category 1 points for Brisbane GP Clinical Education.Claiming Category 2 Points Only (Total 14 Points) To qualify for Category 2 Points (14 Points) you must: 1. Attend the conference on the 10th of July 2010 2. Fill out the evaluation form with your QA number (form available at the conference after your last session) You will now be allocated 14 Category 2 Points for Brisbane GP Clinical Education
